Cost: 39 ILS (free for purchases over 600 ILS). Delivery time of 3-14 business days to the requested address.
During sales, delivery times may be delayed, 7-16 business days.

Once you receive a confirmation email from us that your package is ready, you can come pick it up in Beer Sheva. The address and details will be sent by email.

Exchanges and returns - swimwear

Items purchased as part of a promotion or sale cannot be exchanged.

Size exchanges can be made for the top only. Bottoms cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the item has not been used, washed, damaged, or stained, and is returned in its original condition, intact, clean, and with the original tags.

Exchanging the top is subject to the availability of the requested model and size in stock at the time of the exchange. If the requested item is not available in stock, the exchange cannot be guaranteed.

The cost of the courier exchange service is ₪69, and includes pickup of the item and completion of the exchange. To arrange an exchange, you can contact us by email at dariamakk@gmail.com, or make the exchange at our studio by prior arrangement.

The exchange will be approved only after we receive and inspect the item, and subject to its meeting all of the exchange conditions detailed above!

Once the products are received by the customer, order cancellation will not be possible, only exchange. In accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines, there is no right of return/cancellation for one-piece swimsuits and bottoms.

Order cancellation: up to 24 hours from the time the order is placed (and provided the order has not yet been shipped), the customer may cancel the order, in whole or in part, by written notice (including by email) to the customer service of the site operator as stated in Section 27 above.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the order price or 100 new shekels, whichever is lower.

* Courier delivery may be delayed in the event of a security situation and in remote communities: Eilat, the Arava communities, communities beyond the Green Line, and the Golan Heights area. We undertake to deliver the shipment within 16 business days to the places mentioned above.

* Returns will not be accepted for items returned without the tag attached.
* A refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the item is returned, only to the payment method used to place the order. It will be made under the same terms as the original transaction (that is: a transaction made in installments will be credited in a matching number of installments, and a transaction charged in a single payment will be credited in one payment). There is no need to contact the credit card company to cancel the transaction - we will take care of it for you.

* Per Ministry of Health guidelines: bottoms and one-piece swimsuits cannot be returned.
* A single item purchased as part of a set cannot be returned; only the entire set with all of its items.
* Sale items can be exchanged/returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
