Yes! Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to the courier company and a tracking number. Use this link to check the current status of your shipment.

What happens if I received a defective item or there was a mistake in my order?

Why was my credit card payment declined?

How can I use the GIFT CARD I received?

You can redeem it on our website. To redeem the GIFT CARD, enter the GIFT CARD code you received during checkout in the dedicated field.

Shipping and exchanges

Home delivery by courier within 3-16 business days, at a cost of ₪39.
Registered mail delivery to the post office nearest your home within 14 business days, for a fee of ₪20.
Business days do not include the day of the order, Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays.

Once the products are received by the customer, order cancellation is not available, only exchange, in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines! Swimsuit bottoms and one-piece swimsuits cannot be exchanged.
Swimsuit tops can be exchanged, provided the item is in perfect condition and has not been used in any way. However, no cash refund is available, only an identical item after a size exchange and/or site credit for the amount paid.
A customer who wishes to exchange a product is asked to contact the company's customer service to get information on how to carry out the exchange.
If you'd like to exchange by courier, you can do so by paying a one-way shipping fee of 39₪.
Or exchange at the pop-up store in Tel Aviv / at the studio in Beer Sheva, by prior arrangement only!
Product exchanges must be made within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Please note that exchanges are subject to the company's available inventory, and that a product purchased during a sale cannot be exchanged.
